Spring 2025 Accepted Students Days

If you’ve already been accepted to NEC, our Spring 2025 Accepted Students Days are the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the NEC experience. These events are designed to give you an up-close look at campus life, academic programs, and the resources available to you as a student.

Accepted Students Days will be held at the John Lyons Center, located at 55 Depot Hill Road in Henniker, NH. The events will take place on:

  • Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST
  • Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST

Both events include a complimentary lunch, giving you a taste of NEC’s dining options while you explore the campus. To secure your spot, be sure to register in advance.

Spring 2025 Campus Tours and Presentations

For those still exploring their options, NEC offers campus tours and presentations throughout the spring. These events provide a comprehensive overview of our academic programs, student services, and campus facilities. You’ll have the chance to tour dormitories, athletic and recreation facilities, dining halls, and the library.

Campus tours and presentations will begin at the Simon Student Center, located at 98 Bridge Street in Henniker, NH. Upcoming dates include:

  • Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST
  • Monday, April 21, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST
  • Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST
  • Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST
  • Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST

Each event includes a complimentary lunch, allowing you to experience campus life firsthand. Don’t forget to register to reserve your spot!

Personalized Campus Tours

If you’re unable to attend one of the scheduled events, NEC offers personalized campus tours throughout the week. These tours, led by student workers and admission counselors, provide an in-depth look at academic, residential, athletic, and community areas on campus. Tours are available at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with an additional evening tour at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays (April through October).

Virtual Tour and Nursing Information Sessions

For those unable to visit campus in person, NEC offers a virtual tour that takes you through various departments, housing options, dining facilities, and more. This interactive experience is a great way to explore NEC from the comfort of your home.

Additionally, if you’re interested in pursuing a career in nursing, NEC hosts virtual information sessions for our innovative three-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. These sessions, led by the Dean of Nursing, provide details about the program’s cooperative model, which includes three immersive clinical semesters at a partner hospital. Upcoming sessions are scheduled for:

  • Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. EST
  • Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. EST
  • Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. EST

High School Partnerships and Affordable Tuition

NEC is proud to partner with local high schools to make higher education more accessible. Students from participating high schools who maintain a minimum GPA of 2.75 and attend NEC full-time on campus qualify for a reduced tuition rate of 10,000peryear(5,000 per semester), plus required fees and room and board. Partner schools include Contoocook Valley Regional High School, Hopkinton High School, Manchester Central High School, and more.

Accommodations Near NEC

If you’re traveling to Henniker for a campus visit, there are plenty of nearby accommodations to choose from. Options include the Henniker Motel, Colby Hill Inn, Lake Shore Village Resort, and several hotels in Concord, NH, such as the Holiday Inn Concord Downtown and the Hampton Inn by Hilton Concord.
